How to connect a Facebook page

To link a Facebook page to MailUp platform you need to be the administrator of the page.

Go to the Messages > Messaging Apps and select the "connect" button in the Facebook tab. Or, if you've already linked a page to your Messaging Apps channel, select Messaging > Messaging Apps > Settings > Add channel.

If you are not already connected to Facebook, the platform will ask you to link the account to connect the Messaging Apps channel.

Select the "Connect to Facebook" button, or log in with another account. Once connected to Facebook, the platform automatically detects pages of which you are administrator of and shows the possibility of linking the page to MailUp platform.

Click on "Connect to Facebook" button to link one or more pages.

A page can only be linked to one MailUp platform.

You can remove a page at any time by selecting Messaging > Messaging Apps > Settings.

Now that you have successfully connected your Facebook page to MailUp platform you can:

  • set automatic replies
  • collect new recipients through a multichannel popup form
  • create and send messages with texts, images, videos, audio files, and PDFs, external links and then analyze results in real-time
  • set up recurring automated campaigns based on content sources update (RSS feed, file, API)
