When can I contact the Support?
Support responds to reports of customers in case of:
- clarification on the functionality of the console and its ffeatures
- testing and troubleshooting an issue encountered during the use of the console.
When NOT contact Support
Support can not help you with:
- commercial information. Contact instead: email@example.com or call (888) 962-4587 (USA)
- issues related to deliverability, (eg. my newsletter goes into the spam box of my recipients) Open a ticket to: firstname.lastname@example.org
